Fexofenadine Hydrochloride is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks H1 receptors to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat. It treats seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives), conjunctivitis, eczema, reactions to insect bites or stings, and some food allergies.
