Usage Policy

• Fair Usage: Our products are intended strictly for personal use and should be consumed or applied as directed. Please use them responsibly, within the prescribed guidelines, and only for the purpose for which they are intended. Resale, redistribution, or tampering with the products is not permitted.
• No Abuse: The safety of our customers is our priority. Any abuse, overuse, or harmful application of our products is strictly discouraged. Activities such as altering product composition, overdosing, or distributing the products for unauthorized purposes may lead to adverse effects, and we cannot be held liable in such cases.
• Medical Consultation:
  • Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before starting any product, especially dietary supplements or medicinal formulations.
  • Customers with pre-existing medical conditions, those undergoing treatments, or individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding must consult a doctor prior to use.
  • Siddhivinayak Pharmalink will not be responsible for side effects, complications, or health risks caused by failure to obtain medical consultation.

Shipping and Customs Policy

• Order Processing:
  • All orders are processed within 2–5 working days once payment has been confirmed.
  • During peak demand, holiday seasons, or due to unforeseen supply chain delays, processing times may be extended.
• Shipping Responsibility:
  • Our liability for an order ends once the package has been cleared by Indian customs and handed to the appointed courier or shipping service.
  • Delivery times vary country to country and depend on local courier networks, traffic conditions, and customs clearance procedures at the destination.
• Customs and Import Regulations:
  • The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are legally permissible in their country.
  • Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer, not Siddhivinayak Pharmalink.
• Customs Rejection or Return:
  • If your country’s customs department returns the package back to India, we will receive it and then process either a reshipment (with applicable shipping charges).
  • Customs agencies operate independently, and we cannot guarantee approval for all shipments.
• Risk of Loss:
  • All shipments leave India on a Free on Board (FOB) basis. This means that once the package has been dispatched and cleared from Indian customs, the risk and liability transfer to the customer.
  • Siddhivinayak Pharmalink will not be liable for damage, loss, or delay caused after the parcel exits Indian territory.

General Terms and Conditions

• Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are advised to check the latest policy on our website before placing any order. All changes become effective immediately upon publication.
• Limitation of Liability:
  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product usage or misuse.
  • This includes health complications due to incorrect consumption, delays in shipments, damages during transit beyond Indian borders, or reliance on information not provided by us.
• Force Majeure: In the event of unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, or pandemics we cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delays in delivery.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
  • All sales, terms, and agreements are governed according to the laws of the Republic of India.
  • In case of any dispute, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
